Upcoming Lap & Therapy Pool Closure

At the Alfond Youth & Community Center, we are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards for our members and guests. As part of this commitment, we will be closing both pools on Sunday, February 9 for a full-day staff training and certification session. During this time, our aquatics team will undergo essential training to enhance their lifesaving skills and ensure a safe environment for all swimmers.

Upcoming Lap Pool Lane Restrictions

In addition to the full pool closure on February 9, please be aware that lap lane availability will be limited on the following dates due to American Red Cross Certification training:

📅 February 15-17

📅 February 19-21

📅 March 8

📅 March 22 & 23

📅 March 29 & 30

During these sessions, portions of the lap pool will be reserved for lifeguard and water safety training. While some lanes will remain open for member use, we encourage you to plan accordingly..
