This year, we celebrate a remarkable milestone: Ken Walsh’s 40th anniversary with the Boys & Girls Clubs organization!

Ken’s journey of service and leadership began in 1985 at the Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle, NY. In 1992, he transitioned to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Waterville, now the Alfond Youth & Community Center, where he has dedicated himself to empowering youth, strengthening families, and building a vibrant community.

Over the past four decades, Ken’s unwavering commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs mission has made an extraordinary impact. From mentoring young people to creating programs that inspire growth and success, Ken has touched countless lives. His leadership exemplifies what it means to truly make a difference.
