Our monthly Coffee Talk events bring together active older adult members for coffee, conversation, and community. Enjoy a warm and welcoming space to connect with friends, share stories, and engage in meaningful discussions. Join us each month for a relaxing and social gathering filled with laughter, camaraderie, and great company!
This month, Kristin Solomon, MS, LD, RDN from Spectrum Generations will be on hand to discuss their Free Nutritional Counseling for Adults 60+.
Spectrum Generations now offers free one-on-one nutrition counseling for adults aged 60 and older with a registered dietitian! This service provides personalized guidance on nutrition and wellness to support overall health and chronic disease management.
