Community Health Day

Join us for a day of excitement and wellness at our FREE Community Health Day! Enjoy a variety of activities, including:

• Wellness Classes
• Bounce House
• All Pools & Slides
• Plus Community Partner booths

Please let us know when you expect to be there and for how long, what activity you will host and how much space is needed, any requirements (power, table), and finally if you aren’t able to attend, if you would like to provide resources, or giveaways.
