Whether you’re a seasoned gardener, a curious beginner, or just looking to support local youth and fresh food initiatives, we’ve got something for everyone this season. From community garden plot rentals to our Annual Seedling Sale, and even more fresh produce used in our weekly Greenhouse to Your House meal kits for childcare families, there’s no better time to get involved!

Learning Through Gardening:  Our After School Program Garden Club

Every week, the youth in our After School & Preschool Programs roll up their sleeves in the garden-planting, harvesting, composting, and learning where food comes from. The Garden Club teaches important life skills while encouraging curiosity and connection to nature. It’s one of our favorite ways to grow healthy habits and future leaders.

From Garden to Table:  Greenhouse to Your House Meal Kits

Did you know that the produce and herbs from our gardens are used weekly in the meals and snacks served to the youth in our childcare programs, AND they’re used in our weekly Greenhouse to Your House meal kits?

These family-friendly kits are packed with fresh, local ingredients and simple recipes to encourage healthy eating at home. Our gardens play a vital role in making these kits affordable, delicious, and nutritious for families in our community.

Be Part of Something Growing

AYCC’s Gardens & Greenhouse Program brings people together to grow food, learn, and share the joy of gardening. Whether you’re renting a plot, shopping the seedling sale, or simply cheering us on-you’re helping build a healthier, more connected community.

Ready to get involved? We’re always looking for volunteers to assist with meal kit set up, and gardening assistance too! Apply to become a volunteer online! Or, make a tax-deductible donation to any of the programs listed above. Click here to donate!
