GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Elevate your fitness routine with our dynamic group fitness classes designed to challenge and inspire. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our expert instructors will guide you through energizing workouts to help you meet your fitness goals.

Classes are included with the membership unless an additional cost is specified.
Daily Guest Pass: $8.00

As of July 27, Guest Fees will increase to $10.00/visit for Adults and remain at $5.00/visit for Seniors (ages 55+)

Class Information
Barre - Group Fitness Studio w/Kelsey
Fridays 5:15-6:15 am

Derived from ballet conditioning, barre is a low impact, full body workout in which you will use bodyweight and light hand weights to tone. Barre focuses on small movements (such as pulses) and isometric holds to engage specific, targeted muscles until they reach fatigue. Come feel the burn with us! This class is for beginner to intermediate fitness levels; floor work is a big part of the class.

Tues & Thurs 5:00 – 6:15 am

A challenging but fun and supportive 60 minute workout! This workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettlebells), and stretching.

Tues & Thurs 10:00 – 11:00 am

Chair Yoga consists of gentle and meditative yoga focused on body positive positions. In this class, we will help to assist all participants through adapting a variety of yoga techniques. All levels of experience are welcome to join and participate.

Mon, Wed & Fri 10:00 – 11:00 am PLUS Mon, Wed & Fri 12:15-1:15 pm

This evidence-based, hour-long, 3-day per week program helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. You will improve physical conditioning and decrease risk of falling using a series of proven cardiovascular and strength building exercises.

2nd Sunday of the month 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Parents and kids, come practice Yoga together! Strengthen your body and bond through both basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner poses, and play fun yoga games together. Participants will learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and stress busting relaxation techniques. Recommended child ages 4-12+ must be with guardian.

Wed 5:15 – 6:15 am

Start your day off right with this high-energy cycling class! Whether you’re a serious cyclist or new to spinning, this is the class for you. The class features a mix of climbs, sprints, and rolling hills. The combination of upbeat music and fun will get you ready for the day. Hang out after class for an extra 10 minutes of ab-blasting exercises to finish your workout! 

Tues & Thurs 9:00 – 10:00 am

Tired of running in circles? During this High Intensity Interval Training class you will run, walk, or jog around the track, stopping at various stations along the way. With the addition of bands, weights, and TRX, your laps around the track will never be boring!

Thurs 3:30-4:30 pm

Come explore youth fitness with Kid Power. This class is full of fun activities including warm-ups and cool-downs. Each class is unique and offers a wide variety of kid friendly moves. Kid Power is open to anyone with a youth membership ages 5+.

Tues 3:30 – 4:15 pm

This 45 minute class is for 5-13 year olds. They will learn to strengthen their bodies through both basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner poses and play fun yoga games. The kids will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and stress relaxation techniques. Please have your child use the bathroom before class. Mats are provided.

Mon 5:00-6:15 am

An early morning strength and conditioning class that offers a blend of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using kettlebells, combined with vigorous weight training. Additionally, we incorporate unconventional equipment to provide a diverse and challenging workout experience. Class is suited for all levels but tailored toward heavy strength training.

Wed 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Come join us for a great workout and a lot of fun with our new instructor Brittany Cates. This class will be challenging but also entertaining with an environment for all fitness levels. Follow along as we focus on full body strengthening, core strengthening, and posture, balance, and tone!

Tues & Thurs 8:00 – 9:00 am

Uses a variety of light to moderate weights/objects at home along with exercise equipment to strengthen muscles and joints, build bone density, and increase overall fitness. Instruction is modified to fit each participants’ current fitness level. This a great class to work on your fitness goals.

Tues & Fri 5:00-6:00 pm

Come join the evening Ride and Recover indoor cycling class, with instructor Haley! During this class, you will learn several riding techniques, and face hills, sprints, and isolations. Weights may be incorporated for an upper body workout as well. We look forward to seeing you in the studio!

Begins June 11

Wed 7:00 – 8:00 pm

Come join us for an hour full of fun, uplifting music, and exercise. Everything from hills, sprints, climbs, and a variation too! New spinners welcome! This class is built for all levels with modifications to meet all experience levels.

Mon, Wed & Fri 8:15 – 9:15 am

This class is a general strength-at-home class that mixes basic strength training exercises with warmups and cool downs. Upper body, lower body and core are covered throughout the week! This class is for active, older adults.

Mon & Thurs 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Come join Jill for an All Levels Vinyasa Flow. A mix of mindful Asana and Breathwork. This practice is fluid, with smooth transitions combining poses in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement. Then brings you back to center with some quiet floor work. Come nourish your mind and body!

Sun 10:00 – 11:00 am

Vin/Yin yoga blends Vinyasa Yoga poses with Restorative Yin Yoga. Weaving together thoughtful grounding asanas to awaken the body and chase away fatigue, then adding restorative poses and breathwork to slow us down, quiet our busy minds, and restore your spirit.

Tues 6:00 – 7:00 pm & Thurs 6:15 – 7:15 pm

Wanna travel around the world in 60 minutes? Just join Sara’s Zumba class! Zumba is a dance fitness class made up of Latin and international rhythms to create a dynamic, calorie-burning workout for all fitness levels and ages. Be taken through a warm-up, tour of rhythms and cultures ranging from merengue, salsa, Brazilian funk, belly dance and MORE! Enjoy a cool down ending with a full body stretch, all in a positive and encouraging environment! Did we mention it feels more like a party than a workout? Shake your way into a healthy lifestyle and positive mindset with Sara!

UPDATE:  The Challenge continues! While we didn’t hit the 1Million goal quite yet, we have decided to continue the challenge until we meet our goal! We are looking for nearly 600,000 more! Join in on the fun!

  • Goal: 1 Million push-ups
  • Who: Everyone & anyone – all ages
  • How: Keep track of your push-ups (all types count) and report the number to the Wellness Center for tracking.
