Whether you are looking for a facility to hold your child’s birthday party, a venue for your reunion or a field to host your tournament, the AYCC is here to help. Birthdays abound at NinjAdventure Zone (formerly Adventure Playland) and our pools. Ready for some team building? Come on over to Camp Tracy, which comes fully equipped with a lodge, dining room, and extensive ropes course. Once you lay eyes on Maine’s Fenway and Purnell-Wrigley Field, our Major League Baseball-licensed 2/3 replica baseball fields, you’ll be dreaming about taking a swing at the ball to try and hit it over the Green Monster.

PARTY OPTIONS & INFORMATION
Book Your Party!
We are elated that you have chosen the AYCC for your party fun! Learn how to book your party below.
- Visit or call the Welcome Center at 207-873-0684.
- Choose your package.
- Choose your date, and time preference.
- Pay in full for your event.
Within a week or two, you will receive a Party Contract confirming the details of your party. We ask that you sign the contract, and return it to the Welcome Center by the date of the party. Each guest is expected to check in at the Welcome Center with a scan tag (if they have one), or by signing the Guest Log with Liability Waiver.
PLEASE NOTE: Parties must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. Payment is due at time of booking the rental. Rental party is responsible for providing same sex supervision for both locker rooms/bathrooms throughout the contracted period. If a rental needs to be cancelled please notify us 48 hours in advance or be liable for the costs. Lessee assumes responsibility for all damages to the facility from its use.

- All guests must be registered as a Member or Community Member and have an updated Liability Waiver on file.
- Families are responsible for providing table cloths, napkins, plates, cups, utensils and serving utensils.
- All NinjAdventure Zone guests should check in at the Welcome Center to receive a party attendee bracelet

Camp Tracy Rentals
Camp Tracy is a 32-acre facility nestled in a beautiful and natural camp setting on McGrath Pond in Oakland, Maine. In addition to providing quality traditional camp experiences for youth, Camp Tracy offers many options for organizational meetings, trainings, seminar space, or retreat needs. We can provide team building and leadership development activities for your group with our newly updated ropes course & zip line, climbing tower, waterfront, Maine’s Fenway replica field, and more!

MLB Replica Field Rentals - Maine's Fenway & Purnell-Wrigley
Looking for the ultimate tournament, practice, or game space or want to host a camp week, then look no further than one of our fantastic fields.
- Maine’s Fenway in Honor of Harold Alfond, located at Camp Tracy, McGrath Pond Road, Oakland
- Purnell-Wrigley Field in Honor of Fran Purnell, located at 47 Mathews Ave, Waterville
Both fields are turfed and are 2/3 scale replica’s of their namesake fields (Fenway Park, and Wrigley Field). Each field have replica scoreboards, and at Maine’s Fenway, you can also find the Green Monster, and at Purnell-Wrigley, you will find a vine-like outfield wall!

- Scorekeepers Box
- Parking
- Concessions Areas
Sleeping cabins are available at Maine’s Fenway and both fields are located to nearby lodging.
